TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms carefully. By participating in any class provided by Soul Reformer or membership/packages undertaken you consent to, and agree to release the Instructor and Soul Reformer from liability according to these terms. Unless the Instructor or Soul Reformer notifies you otherwise, this waiver and release will apply to all classes undertaken by you with the Instructor(s).

These are the legal terms and conditions under which we supply the products and services listed on our website www.soulreformer.co.uk (“our site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our site. Using our site indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Notice regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions or our Privacy Notice do not use our site.

We are SOUL REFORMER, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 14314357 and our registered office is at 125A KING STREET, KNUTSFORD, CHESHIRE WA16 6EH.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us.
You acknowledge that:
• You are over 18 years of age;
• You understand that the classes are a form of physical activity and that there are inherent risks in undertaking any form of physical exercise;
• You consent to your details being stored and used by Soul Reformer and any subsidiaries or holding companies of this business;
• You have disclosed, or will disclose to the Instructor prior to the class commencing, any pre-existing conditions that may place you at a higher risk of injury or inhibit your ability to participate in a class, this includes, but is not limited to:
– Injuries, pain or recent surgery;
– Pregnancy or if you have recently given birth; or
– Respiratory or heart conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes or high blood pressure.
• You will notify the Instructor if you experience any pain throughout the class and will immediately stop participating in the class if requested by the Instructor to do so;
• Based on information you provide, the Instructor may decide not to allow you to participate in a class, or may require you to provide a medical certificate affirming that you are able to participate in a class before allowing you to join, in the Instructor’s sole discretion;
• Recommendations or instruction provided by the Instructor may not be tailored for your particular skill or ability level and it is your responsibility to assess whether you are able or want to participate in all or part of a class;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your physical environment is suitable for your participation in any class; and
• Classes may be recorded for by the Instructor for quality control, as well as promotional purposes. If you do not consent to the Instructor using video or still images taken during the class for promotional purposes, please notify the Instructor in writing.
To the extent permitted at law, you release and hold the Instructor (and where applicable its, directors, employees and representatives) harmless from any liability, cost, expense, damages or claims (including claims of negligence) arising from or which may be suffered or incurred in connection with your participation in any classes provided by the Instructor.
You agree that Soul Reformer is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend class. You understand that classes may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Soul Reformer or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Soul Reformer does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Soul Reformer staff member. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours prior to your class commencing via the online booking system. When you cancel your class, your class credit will remain in your account to use at another time. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system. If you do not wish to reschedule your class and are cancelling up to 24 hours prior we are unable to refund any amount paid.
We may offer membership packages. All membership packages will come with a renewal/expiry date. Please note that any class allocation not used by the membership expiration date will be forfeited and no monies will be reimbursed.
Our rights to cancel:
We may decline you the opportunity to participate in any class/package/membership that Soul Reformer provide at any time by writing to you if you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the service.
If we decline you the opportunity we will refund any money you have paid in advance for class/package/membership we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you as compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of terminating your membership
Price and payment:
The price payable for our classes shall be shown on our website in pounds sterling (GBP). We can change the prices on our site at any time, without notice. These changes will not affect payment for future classes which we have already accepted.
If you wish to apply a voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online booking process. Only one voucher code can be used per class and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your class or that has expired
Other important terms:
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions that apply to your use of Soul Reformer will be those that are displayed on our site at the time of your booking.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation. We will tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights under any subscribed package/classes.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligation under these terms to another person if you notify us in writing and we agree.
The agreement of these terms is between you and Soul Reformer. No other person shall have any rights to enforce an of its terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Please note that these terms and conditions are governed by English law. This means a membership or contract for the purchase of services and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by English law.
