We recommend downloading the Soul Reformer app (link above) as it's the most convenient way to browse and book your classes.

Once logged in to the app, select the location of studio you wish to visit. Click middle button - SR logo - to view our timetable.

Select your class, check the details, then ‘Next’ . You will be asked to Select a pass. Select and proceed to checkout. In our app, you can manage your bookings with the tab ‘Bookings’.

If you continue on our website, click onto our Knutsford or Hale timetables/booking pages to see our classes. Select your class and click Book. You will continue to our third party booking system, bSport - login or register and you will be asked to Buy a new pass. Choose your pass or subscription, and Confirm. You'll then be able to book/manage/cancel your classes as you wish by logging into your account.

If you are a new member, we recommend the Introduction to Reformer package which offers 3 of our induction, gentle or classic classes.

Our Reformer classes cater to all levels, whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits.

Induction/Gentle and Gentle classes are perfect for beginners or those with injuries, offering a supportive introduction to the Reformer bed and foundational Pilates movements. Depending upon your fitness levels we would recommend at least three Induction/Gentle classes before progressing to a Classic Class.

The Classic class follows a more traditional style with a focus on strength and control. For those seeking a real challenge, our Sculpt class is designed for advanced clients, combining dynamic sequences and resistance for a full-body workout.

All our instructors have different styles while still practising the core principles of Pilates, and the exercises can be adapted to suit different levels. You will find which style suits you as your Reformer journey progresses!

Yes, absolutely!

We understand that we have limited Reformer bed space and classes might get booked up quickly.

However, we operate a waitlist system for each class and once you’ve added your name, you will be automatically emailed as soon as a space becomes available.

This could be for one of several reasons:

Class Passes have an expiry date, you must use them within the set timeframe or they will not be valid. Please check your pass' expiry date.

Bookings can only be made up to 14 days in advance of any class.

The Introduction to Reformer package is only available for new members. It can only be used on Introduction, Gentle and Classic classes and can only be purchased once.

If a class is full, you won't be able to book it, however you can join the waitlist.

You can cancel a class up to 24 hours beforehand without being charged. Your booking can be found under the ‘Bookings’, tab at the bottom of the app. You will be charged in full for your class if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Please cancel via downloading the app or login to your account online to manage your booking.

Vouchers for our Knutsford or Hale Studios can be purchased online via the Soul Reformer App from £20 - £220 and can be redeemed against group and private class passes.

Click the ‘Studio’ shopping trolley icon, select the Gift Card option. Add in the recipient's name and email address and they will be sent an evoucher with your message and an activation code.

If you prefer something physical, paper vouchers for our Knutsford studio only are also available to buy directly from our Knutsford office.

At Soul Reformer, we’re committed to promoting wellbeing and preventing injury through mindful, classical movement.

To ensure your experience is safe and supportive, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before class to inform your instructor of any injuries or concerns. It’s essential to discuss these before the session begins, so we can adapt exercises and provide the right guidance for your body.

Please also add your injuries to your personal profile on the app, you can also contact info@soulreformer.co.uk to inform of any concerns before your class.

Please note our instructors are not clinically trained so please ensure a clinician has given you sign off to exercise if you are coming back from a serious injury, operation or have an on-going health condition, including pre and post natal.

While it’s generally safe to continue regular classes, it’s essential that you have been signed-off by a clinician before coming along to class. Please make sure to inform your instructor of your pregnancy and any concerns before starting.

If you are a pre or postnatal client, we do advise that you attend Gentle classes only.

Take a seat in our reception area while you remove your shoes and pop on your grip socks. Please note that we have a No Bare Feet in the Studio policy - grip socks are available to purchase in Reception, or can be pre-purchased on our app.

You can then leave your shoes in the shelving area, grab a basket for your belongings & valuables and take them with you to the studio. Then choose a Reformer bed and leave the basket next to you.

Our instructors will check you into your class using the Soul Reformer app.

For your class, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely and helps instructors see your alignment.

Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety on the equipment.

Avoid loose clothing, zips, or accessories that could catch on the reformer.

Please kindly note that although we do not have a dedicated car park, there is plenty of on street parking in the village, just allow yourself enough time to find a space!

At our Hale Studio, as we are located at the train station, there is a car park directly opposite the studio.

If you are local please walk in and out as part of your warm up/warm down.

We have a policy of no bare feet in the studio and the preference is to wear sticky socks.

We sell our own Soul branded gift socks, which are available to purchase in our Reception area, or they can be pre-purchased on our Soul app and collected when you attend your class.

There's no need to bring any equipment to your Reformer class, everything you need will be provided at the studio.

Simply bring your personal belongings and a water bottle, and you're good to go!

There is a unisex toilet on site but no shower facilities.

You can take your valuables into the studio in the baskets provided.

Please do not leave valuables in the reception area.
