Our private one to one classes are perfect for those who would like to work under the close guidance of an expert instructor and enjoy a class to suit individual needs.
Whether you are just beginning your Reformer Pilates journey and would like some instruction before entering a full studio class, are recovering from injury and require controlled exercises to aid rehabilitation, or are an experienced client looking to be challenged further – we can meet your requirements.
