Why can I not book a class yet?

Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance.

03

Can I join a waiting list?

Yes, absolutely! We understand that we are only a small studio and classes might get booked up quickly.

However, we operate a waitlist system for each class and once you’ve added your name you will be automatically emailed as soon as a space becomes available.

What happens if I need to cancel a class?

You can cancel a class up to 24 hours beforehand without being charged. Please cancel via bSport or by contacting us directly.

05

What shall I do when I arrive?

Take a seat in our reception area while you remove your shoes and pop on your grip socks. Hang up your coat, and place your shoes into our shoe rack and pick up a basket. You can then take your valuables through to the main studio in the baskets provided and choose a Reformer.

Please leave your baskets at the end of your bed in between the Reformer and the exposed brick wall.  Our instructors will check you into your class. There's also a water station available in Reception.

What do I wear?

Normal gym/exercise apparel is fine. Please do not wear leggings/shorts/tops with zips or buckles on them as they can rip the leather surface of the machines. Please also tie long hair back.

12

Where do I leave valuables?

You can take your valuables into the studio in the baskets provided. Please do not leave valuables in the reception area.

13

Which class should I book on?

We have classes to suit all levels and abilities. If you are a complete novice we recommend starting with the Induction Class, or if you are unable to make that then the Gentle Class. Depending upon your fitness levels we would recommend at least three beginners classes before progressing to a Classic Class.

All our instructors have different styles while still practising the core principles of Pilates, and the exercises can be adapted to suit different levels. You will find which style suits you as your Reformer journey progresses!

The Sculpt is only recommended for those with a good level of Reformer Pilates experience.

14

Do I need to do an Induction Class if I have previously practised Reformer?

No, but you will need to liaise with us so the instructors can introduce you to the studio, check your injury status and explain the Health and Safety/Fire procedures.

15

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

Yes! We run a Pre/Postnatal Class in our Knutsford studio that is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and the postnatal period. If you are a postnatal client, please ensure you have been signed-off by a clinician before coming along to class.

If you cannot attend the Pre/Postnatal Class, we recommend the Gentle Class and ask that you please make us aware of your pregnancy beforehand.
