Join Soul Reformer on this special retreat to The ReWilding in rural Lancashire to unwind, let your hair down with like-minded people and reconnect mind, body and soul.
Each day starts with an energising yoga and pilates flow run by the Soul Reformer team, followed by the opportunity to join breath work and cold water immersion with Leo Oppenheim, sound baths, dance therapies, yin yoga, flower crown making & more.
Throughout this 3-day retreat you'll be nourished by beautiful vegetarian feasts, hearty snacks, and hot chocolate around the fire pit before bed.
With vitamin sunshine on tap, beautifully curated experiences and the energy of amazing company, this is one dreamy escape to leave you refreshed and revitalised.

The Schedule

After welcome drinks and snacks, a high energy pilates class will get you invigorated for the weekend. Free time to explore the natural surroundings, get to know your Soul Tribe and relax will be followed by a nourishing dinner, Pyjama Yin and an invite to indulge in hot chocolate by the fire pit and a dip in the hot tub.
An invigorating yoga flow will set you up for a day of feasting for the body and soul. Including breath work, meditation and cold water therapies and woodland walks. A very special evening of flower crown making, dinner and dancing, joined by your very own DJ.
Before we say goodbye until next time, we invite you to join a heart yoga flow to set your summer intentions, breakfast and a calming yin class to ground you before your journeys home.
